Saturday Schedule:

8:30AM CrossFit
9:30AM Open Gym
10:30AM Warrior WOD

CrossFit Workout of the Day:

Part 1: 12 Minutes, with a Partner

100 Ft. Farmer’s Carry
200 Ft. Shuttle Run (4 lengths of the mat)
10 American KB Swings

*Partner 1 completes the entire round, then partner 2 goes, and so on for 12 minutes.

–Rest 3 minutes–

Part 2: 3 min AMRAP

Burpee Pull-Ups
*Partners switch as needed
