Snatch Deadlift x 3 Reps
Wall Climb x 1 Rep w/ 10 sec Hold on wall

Conditioning: 5 Rounds

2 min AMRAP:

300/250m Row
AMRAP Double-Unders
*Rest 2 minutes. Score each round and then add them up.

Core: Weighted Planks

3 x 50-40-30 sec Holds
