10-8-6-4-2 Reps of:

DB Snatch (35/20 lbs)
Burpee

Then…

2-4-6-8-10 Reps of:

Box Jumps (24/20″)
Toes to Bars

*Advanced used 50/35+ lb DBs and 30/24″ Box
