Full CFWH Holiday Schedule

Skill: 10 Minutes

Split Jerk Technique Work
*Work in sets of 3 to 5. Keep weight light enough to catch without pressing out.

Strength: 5 Rounds

Deadlift x 3 Heavy Reps (add wt. per set)
Negative HSPUs x 3 Reps*
*Try to take at least 4 seconds to descend, then kick down, rest a few seconds and go again.

Conditioning: 10 min AMRAP

10 Toes to Bars
15 Sit-Ups
20 Russian KB Swings
25 Double-Unders
