Single Arm Alternating DB Strict Press (seated on box) x 16 Reps (8R/L)
DB Step-Ups x 16 Steps (8R/L)
Figure 4 Stretch on Box x 30-45 seconds R/L

Conditioning: For Time

15-12-9-6-3 Reps of:

Burpee Pull-Ups
Push-Ups
*3 Deadlifts each round (~80-85% 1RM)
