CFWH Holiday Schedule

Open Gym Only Today, 10:30AM-12PM

Workout of the Day:

Part 1 – 15 min EMOM

5 Rounds of:

1st Min: 20 Russian KB Swings
2nd Min: Ring Rows x 30 sec AMRAP
3rd Min: 14 Reverse Lunges w/ KB in Goblet Position

–Rest 5 Minutes–

Part 2 – 15 min EMOM

5 Rounds of:

1st Min: Barbell Good Mornings x 8 Reps (light weight)
2nd Min: Ring (or Standard) Push-Ups x 30 sec AMRAP
3rd Min: Hollow Rocks or Hollow Hold x 20 sec AMRAP
