Part 1: 6 min Partner AMRAP
80 Ft. Shuttle Sprint
Burpee Ladder (start at 1 and add 1 each round)
*Partner 1 runs 40 ft. down, 40 ft. back and completes 1 burpee. Partner 2 does the same. P1 then runs and completes 2 burpees and so on.
