CFWH Holiday Schedule

Strength:

1. Hang Power Snatch – 5 x 3

2A. Chin over the Bar Hold (Pronated grip)- 3 x 20 to 30 sec
2B. Sumo Deadlift- 3 x 5 Reps

Conditioning: 2 Rounds

3 min AMRAP of:

Renegade Rows (no push-up)
Box Jump Overs (on and over, 24/20″)
Start with 2 reps of each, then 4 reps of each, then 6 reps of each and so on for 3 minutes. Rest 2 minutes and repeat.

Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
