Deadlift x 1.1.1
*Do 1 rep, rest 10 seconds, do another rep, rest 10 seconds, do a final rep. These should be at 80+%

Conditioning: Complete 1 Round every 5 Minutes for 20 Minutes.

Row 350m/300m
5 Stone to Shoulders
50 Double-Unders (or 50 SU’s)

*Record your slowest of the four rounds.
