Strength:

A1. Strict Press – 5 x 5
*Choose a challenging weight and try to stick with it for 5 sets.

A2. DB Split Squats – 4 x 8 R/L
*Elevate your rear foot on a bench. Stay conservative with weight and focus on staying balanced.

Conditioning: 10 min AMRAP

6 Goblet Squats (53/35 lbs)
8 Hand-Release Push-Ups
10 Sit-Ups

Cool Down: 2 Rounds

15 Face Pulls
15 Tricep Pushdowns
