Saturday 11/29/14 – Warrior WOD

Saturday Schedule:
No 8:30AM CF CLASS!
10:30AM Warrior WOD
11:30A – 1P Open GYM

With a continuously running clock:
For time:
  • 21 Deadlifts 185/105 lbs
  • 200m Shuttle run(50m out & back, x2)
  • 15 Deadlifts
  • 200m Shuttle run
  • 9 Deadlifts
  • 200m Shuttle run
Rest 5 minutes & repeat, but:
  • Change Deadlift to Thrusters at 95/65 lbs
Rest 5 minutes & repeat, but:
  • Change Thruster to Power Snatch at 75/55 lbs
Stop the clock.
