CrossFit Workout of the Day:

3 Rounds For time, with a partner

60 Calorie Row*
60 DB Snatches

*Non-working partner must hold a DB and KB at their sides while their partner rows. If the weight is set down, rower must stop.
*Ladies row 45 calories.

Ab Cool Down: 3 Rounds

15 Smithies
10 Glute Bridges
