Saturday Schedule:

8:30AM CrossFit
9:30AM Open Gym
10:30AM Warrior WOD

CrossFit Workout:

Team Option: In teams of 2, complete the following for time

80 Pull-Ups
300m Farmer’s Carry (2 KBs, hand off as needed)
60 Ball Slams
300m Farmers Carry
40 Box Jump Overs
300m Farmers Carry
20 Lateral Burpees (over your partner)

Solo Option: For Time

40 Pull-Ups
200m Uneven Farmer’s Carry (1 KB)
30 Ball Slams
200m Uneven Farmer’s Carry
20 Box Jump Overs
200m Uneven Farmer’s Carry
10 Lateral Burpees (over your ball)
