Open Gym ONLY today from 10:30AM to 12PM. Come on in and try the WOD below or work on something you missed during the week. Coach Garrett will be there to guide you!

Strength: Bench Press

8-8-5-5-3-3-3

*Add weight per set. Make sure you have a spotter!

Conditioning: For Total Reps

4 Rounds of:

30 sec Russian KB Swings
30 sec Rest
30 sec Hand-Release Push-Ups
30 sec Rest
30 sec Walking Lunges
30 sec Rest

Core: 2 Rounds

40 sec Front Plank
20 sec Side Plank Right
20 sec Side Plank Left
40 sec Rest
