Check out the new weekend schedule at CFWH, including more open gym time and a weekly “mental tester” Warrior WOD! The new schedule goes into effect Saturday, November 1st!
Saturday:
8:30AM – CrossFit Class
9:30AM – Open Gym in Suite 212 (weightlifting room)
10:30AM – Warrior WOD (25-50 minute long workout)
Sunday:
10:30AM-12PM – Open Gym*
*While there is no organized class on Sundays, there will be a workout posted and a coach on hand to explain the workout and movements involved.
