*Switch every 20 swings and record total jump ropes
Station 2 – 6 min AMRAP
P1: 20 Sit-Ups
P2: Ball Slams
*Switch every 20 sit-ups and record total ball slams
Station 3 – 6 min AMRAP
P1: 20 KB Swings
P2: Box Jumps
*Switch every 20 swings and record total box jumps
Rest 3 minutes between Stations.
