Workout of the Day:

With a Partner, for Time

200m Relay Run (P1 runs 200m, then P2)
60 DB Push Press (alternate every 10 reps)
60 Box Jumps (alternate every rep)
200m Relay Run
40 Burpees to 6″ Target (alternate every 5 reps)
40 Box Jumps
200m Relay Run
20 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs, alternate every 5 reps)
20 Box Jumps
