Strength: 5 Rounds

A1. Halting Snatch DL x 3 Reps
*DL the bar to just above the knee, pause for 2 sec, then bring the bar to the power position. Focus on transferring your weight from the balls of your feet to your heels.

A2. Ring Push-Ups x 12 Reps
*Advanced pause for 1 to 2 seconds at the bottom and top of the movement.

Conditioning: “The Baseline”

For Time:

500m Row
40 Air Squats30 Sit-Ups
20 Push-Ups
10 Pull-Ups

Finisher: 2 Rounds, alternating with a partner
100m Single Arm Farmer’s Carry (50m R/L)
100m Single Arm Front Rack Carry (50m R/L)
