Snatch First Pull x 3 Reps w/ 2 sec Pause at Knees
Standing DB Curl and Press x 12 Reps (6R/L, alternating)

Conditioning: 10 min AMRAP

150m Run
10 Double-Unders

20 Double-Unders
150m Run
30 Double-Unders
… and so on up the ladder

*Beginners: Single-Unders (same rep scheme)
*Advanced: Double-Unders must be unbroken

Mobility:

Hamstrings x 90 sec R/L
Calves x 90 sec R/L
