As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell swings (70/53 lbs)
“Scaled Nate”
4 Chest to Bar or Strict Pull-Ups
6 Feet Elevated Push-Ups (2 or 3 plates)
8 Kettlebell Swings (scale weight as needed)
