Start by rowing 10 calories (6 for ladies) the first minute and continue to add one calorie each minute until you can no longer complete the required calories within that minute. Your score equals your last completed round plus any extra calories you complete. For example if you finish the round of 16 calories and get 14 out of 17, you record your score as “16+14.”
