5-4-3-3-3 (add wt. each round)

*Mix in 3 x 15 Knee Tucks (2-1-2 Tempo)

Conditioning:

4 Rounds for Time:

2 Rounds of Cindy
50 Double-Unders

*1 Round of Cindy = 5 Pull-Ups + 10 Push-Ups + 15 Air Squats
