Half-Bridge x 25 / Straight Bridge x 5-10
Snatch Skill Work: 10 Minutes
Conditioning: 6 Rounds
Every 2 Minutes complete the following:
5 Snatch Deadlifts
3 Hang Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
