A1. Strict Press – 5 x 3 @ 75-80%

A2. Power Cleans – 5, 5, 3, 3, 1
*Build to a PC heavier than what you will WOD with (NOT a 1RM)

Conditioning: For Time

12-9-6-3 Reps of:

Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)

Handstand Push-Ups

*Intermediate – Hand-Release Push-ups x 2 (24-18-12-6)
*Beginners – HR Push-Ups (12-9-6-3)

Cool Down:

Band Pull-Aparts
Int/Ext Rotation w/ Light Band
