Conditioning: 14 min EMOM

Even Minutes: 8 Wall Ball Shots + 6 Tough DB Snatch (3R/3L)

Odd Minutes: 8 Tough Ring Rows + 6 DB Good Mornings

Core: 75 Sit-Ups, not for time
