Partner Workout of the Day:

6 min AMRAP:

Partner 1 – 150m Med Ball Carry (30/20 lbs)
Partner 2 – AMRAP of: 5 Deadlifts + 5 Push Press (95/65 lbs)
*Only FULL rounds of 5 DL + 5 PP count towards team’s total.

3 min Rest

5 min AMRAP:

400m Run (Together)
Alternating Box Jumps (24/20″, P1 does 1 rep then P2 does 1 rep)
*Advanced use 30/24″ Box

-3 min Rest-

4 min AMRAP:

3 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
3 Lateral Burpees over the Bar
*Partners alternate after each round.
