40 Deadlifts, 185/125 lbs (40 KB Swings for Beg)
30 Lateral Burpees Over the Bar (or KB)
20 C2B Pull-Ups* (20 Ring Rows)

*10 Muscle-Ups for Advanced

Cool Down: Single Arm KB Rows
