Strength/Skill: 3 Rounds

DB Good Mornings x 10 Reps
Dips (Ring or Stationary) x 10 Reps
Double-Under Practice x 30 seconds

Conditioning: 12 min AMRAP

10 DB Goblet Squats
8 DB Snatches (Heavy, Alternating R/L)
6 Burpee Toes to Bars*

*Scale to 6 Burpees, then 6 T2B if unable to combine

Cool Down:

Thin Band Int/Ext Rotations – 2 x 10/10 R/L
