Strength: 4 Rounds

10 Ring Rows (as tough as possible with full ROM)
#SummerStrong – make them easy
10 Single Leg KB Deadlifts (5R/L)
LAX Ball Shoulders x 30 sec R/L

Conditioning: 3 Rounds, each for Time

50m Farmer’s Carry (leave bells at 50m mark)
100m Sprint (run to start and back to bells)
50m Farmer’s Carry
100m Sprint
*Share KBs with a partner and rest while they work!
*Record each time
