Strength: Power Clean

1. 3 x 1 @ 95%
2. 3 x 2 @ 75%

Pull-Up Accessory (mix in with strength):

3 x 5 Strict Pull-Ups (advanced add weight)

Conditioning: 7 min AMRAP

350m Row, then in the remaining time:
7 Hand-Release Push-Ups
7 Box Jumps (24/20″)

Post your scores to the Whiteboard.

Core Cool Down: 3 Rounds
8 Leg lifts w/ slow, controlled lower
20 sec Side Plank R/L
