In teams of 3, complete the following for time.
3 Rounds each of:
P1- 250m Row
P2- AMRAP Stone to Shoulders
P3 – Rest
Immediately followed by:
400m Carry (2 KB’s, 1 Med Ball)
75 Goblet Squats (1 person working at a time)
75 Burpees (1 person working at a time)
*Record Total Stone to Shoulder Reps. Each rep deducts 5 seconds from total time.
