Strength:

1. Front Squats:
5 x 3 @ 80%
2 x 5  @ 70%

2. DB Bent Over Rows x 10, 8, 8, 6 (increase wt. each round)

Conditioning: Tabata Mash-Up

8 Rounds of the Following:

20 sec of Heavy Russian KB Swings

10 sec Rest

20 sec of DB Push Press

10 sec Rest
