Strength/Skill: 15 Minutes of Work

Handstand Hold x 10-30 seconds

Double-Under Practice x 30 seconds

Toes to Bar x 5 Reps (legs together)

Conditioning:

6 min AMRAP

5 Ball Slams

7 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)

9 Push-Ups

–3 Minute Rest–

6 min AMRAP:

5 Pull-Ups

7 DB Front Squats

10 DB Snatches (5 Right, THEN 5 Left)
