1. Front Squat – 5 x 3 @ 75%
2. Pendlay Row – 4 x 6 @ 55% of Clean

Conditioning:

From 0:00 to 5:00 on the Clock

Complete 1 Heavy Deadlift (80+%) Every 30 sec for 10 Reps

From 5:00 to 7:00 on the Clock

Double-Unders x AMRAP

From 7:00 to 8:00 on the Clock

Front Plank Hold x AM(Sec)AP
