Strength: Close Grip Bench Press

10-8-6-4-2

Conditioning: 5 Rounds

In 2 Minutes, complete the following:

50 Double-Unders (75 Singles or scale as needed)

10 C2B Pull-Ups

AMRAP Stone to Shoulder

*Rest 2 Minutes Between Rounds
