CrossFit West Houston WOD:
With a Partner, working in an ‘I go, you go’ format for the entire workout, complete as many reps as possible.
Spend 3 minutes at each station, then 2 minutes at each station, then 1 minute at each station. This is an 18 minute workout. There is no rest between stations or rounds.
Station 1: Power Clean x 2 Reps Each
Station 2: Burpee Box Jump Overs (20″) x 3 Reps Each
Station 3: Toes to Bars x 4 Reps Each (sub continuous med-ball sit-ups)
