Barbell Reverse Lunges x 8R/L

Ring Pull-Ups x 8-10 (MU’s for advanced)

Conditioning: 5 Rounds for Time

9 Clean and Jerks (135/95 lbs)

9 Lateral Jumps over the Bar

9 Toes to Bars

200m Run
