Conditioning: 3 Rounds for Time

400m Run, then
Two Rounds of:
8 Pull-Ups
10 Hand-Release Push-Ups
12 Air Squats

Strength: 15 Minutes

1 Snatch Balance + 2 OHS (from a rack)
DB Bent Over Row x 8 R/L

Core: Hollow Holds

4 x :20 on/:30 off
