A. Bench Press
Warm-Up: 2-3 sets of 5 Reps
Work Sets: 65% x 5, 70% x 5, 77% x 5+ (AMRAP)
B. Power Snatch x 3 Reps
*After every set of bench. Build to a Heavy set of 3.
Conditioning: 3 Rounds for Time
15 Knees to Elbows
10 Heavy Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lbs)
5 Power Snatch (135/95 lbs, or 80% of heavy 3)
