Strength: Back Squats

Warm-Up: 3 x 5

Work Sets: 65% x 5, 70% x 5, 77% x 5+ (AMRAP)

*Deep lunge (R/L) w/ 3 thoracic rotations between each set

Conditioning: E3MO3M

Every 3 Minutes for 4 Rounds Complete

300m Sprint

5 Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)

*Rounds start at 0,3,6,9 minutes on the clock.

*Each round should be done at near max effort. Your score is your slowest round.
