Strength: Strict Press

Warm-Up: 2-3 sets of 5 Reps

Work Sets: 65% x 5, 70% x 5, 77% x 5+ (AMRAP)

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for Total Reps

30 sec Pull-Ups

20 sec Rest

30 sec Sit-Ups

20 sec Rest

30 sec Push Press (75/55 lbs)

20 sec Rest

Cool Down: 4 x 100m Farmer’s Carry
