Skill: Tabata Handstand Holds

8 x 20 sec on/10 sec Rest

*Advanced Do Shoulder Touches

Conditioning: 4 Rounds NOT FOR TIME

200m Hard Run (85%  Intensity)

200m Easy Run

200m Hard Run (85%)

*Rest 90 sec Between Rounds

*DO NOT SKIP THIS WORKOUT. This is a great opportunity for you to work on your running technique. Focus on keeping a tall posture, relaxed face, controlled breath, and landing on the mid-foot, NOT your heels. The goal is to keep your hard efforts at 85% across the board with minimal drop-off from rounds 1 to 4.
