Work to a Heavy Power Snatch

Conditioning:

Part 1: “Isabel”

30 Snatches for Time (135/95 lbs)

Part 2: “Annie”

50-40-30-20-10 Reps for time of:

Double-Unders

Sit-Ups

*Rest 2+ minutes between WODs. For example, if you finish Isabel in 4:13 you will start Annie at 7:00 on the clock.
