Workout of the Day

4 Rounds for Max Reps of:

Sledgehammer Swings

Sandbag Back Squats (outside off of mats)

Hip Bridges

V-Ups

Hand-Release Push-Ups

*Spend 40 seconds at each station and rest 20 seconds between each. For hip bridges, use tempo in demo video. Set clock to 20 rounds of :40/:20.
