10 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Strict Dips

*Advanced do 5-7 Muscle-Ups instead of pull-ups and dips.

Strength: 4 Rounds

8 Push Press (bar taken from the floor)
8 Bent Over Row (with Reverse grip, palms up)
