Strength/Skill: Tire Flips and Rope Climbs
Cycle through a few rounds of the following based on ability:
RX: 2 to 3 Rope Climbs, 1 to 2 Heavy Solo Flips or 5 Heavy Partner Flips
Intermediate: 1 Rope Climbs, 3 to 5 Light Flips
Beginner: 1/2 Rope Climb or 3 Seated Climbs, 3 to 5 Partner Flips
Conditioning: 15 min AMRAP
200m Run
12 Lunges w/ DBs at Sides
7 Strict Chin-Ups (palms facing you)
Mobility: Couch Stretch
60 sec Minimum per side
