Strength: 10 Minutes

Work to 1 Set of Deadlifts Heavier than WOD Weight

Example: 8 x 135, 6 x 185, 5 x 225, 5 x 255

Conditioning: “Diane”

21-15-9 Reps of:

Deadlifts (225/135 lbs)

HSPUs

Intermediate: 15-12-9 HSPUs
Beginner: 12-9-6 HSPUs
Novice: 21-15-9 Dumbbell Push Press

*Max of 2 ab-mats for HSPUs. 15 minte time cap.
