Strength: 10 minutes

Deadlift and Push Press Warm-Up

Conditioning:

Part 1 – 10 min EMOM (Every Min on the Min)

Even: 7 Deadlifts (185/125 lbs, touch and go)

Odd: 12 Box Jumps w/ Step Down (24/20″)

–Rest ~5 minutes–

Part 2 – 10 min EMOM

Even: 7 Push Press (115/75 lbs, touch and go)

Odd: 80m Farmer’s Carry (2 x 53/35 lb KBs)

Cool Down: 3 Rounds

10 Ring Rows w/ 2 sec pause at top

20 sec Hollow Hold
