Strength:

1. Close Grip Bench Press: 5 x 8 (2 sec down, 1 sec at the bottom, explode up)

2. Single Arm DB Bent Over Row (knee on bench): 3 x 12 R/L

Core: Side Planks

3 x 20 sec R/L
