Set 1: 10 Russian KB Swings
Set 2: 5 Russian + 5 Hybrid
Set 3: 3 Russian + 3 Hybrid + 3 American
Set 4: 10 American KB Swings

Conditioning:

Part 1 – 6 min AMRAP

5 American KB Swings (70/53 lbs)
10 Sit-Ups
15 Double-Unders (30 Singles)

–3 min Rest–

Part 2 – 6 min AMRAP

5 Goblet Squats (70/53 lbs)
10 Hand-Release Push-Ups
15 Double-Unders
